RISE PA Program update: The Round 2 application window for the Medium- and Large-scale Award Tracks opens on Friday, May 15, 2026, and will close on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 4:59 PM EST. Updated application materials will be posted to the RISE PA website on May 15 for the opening of the Round 2 application period.
