The Greater Philadelphia Association of Energy Engineers (GPAEE) has partnered with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) to host Certified Energy Manager (CEM) training. Since its inception in 1981, the Certified Energy Manager credential has become widely accepted as a measure of professional accomplishment within the energy management field.

And that’s why you’ll want to join us for our next session of The Connector Series, Select Greater Philadelphia’s program to enhance connections among our investors and partners, and academic, business and civic leaders who are helping to grow the economic vibrancy of our collective community. In this session, we will hear from Tricia Marts of Vicinity Energy, a newly branded company with 13 district energy systems in 10 major metropolitan U.S. cities. As the largest district energy provider in North America, Vicinity’s district energy business in Philadelphia has been operating in the city for decades, providing energy solutions for scores of buildings and businesses. The district energy business in Philadelphia is comprised of steam, hot and chilled water, and electricity production plants, including co-generation – a highly efficient and sustainable form of energy production pioneered by Thomas Edison.
