Presenters DAILEY TIPTON, VP of Sales and Marketing – Evolution Energy Partners, LLC Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM. Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. KAREN NORHEIM, President & COO – American Crane & Equipment Corporation As the 2nd generation coming into the leadership role for the her family’s company, American Crane & Equipment Corporation, Karen Norheim has sought to solidify the “Founder’s Legacy” while putting her own stamp on the company culture. Her role, as she puts it, is that of the gardener as she leads the successful day-to-day operations of American Crane, a 180-person manufacturing facility headquartered in Douglassville, Pennsylvania, into the future. American Crane is recognized as a leader in the design and manufacture of cranes, hoists and other material handling equipment. Karen received a dual Bachelor of Science degree in both Marketing & International Business and International Studies from Pennsylvania State University, as well as a Master’s degree in Information Science and an MBA. In addition to her many roles within the company, Karen also sits on the boards of many industry leading organizations. Karen plays a pivotal role in the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance’s Next Gen Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership.
