Mayor Kenney will be hosting an official bill signing for CPACE and Philadelphia’s new solar rebate program (which offers $0.10/watt for commercial solar projects) on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 9am in the Mayor’s Reception Room (Room 202) in City Hall.
